In 2005, and with over 50 years experience between them in insolvency matters gained within top 10 firms, founding partners Rod Butcher and Adrian Woods decided that they wanted to apply their knowledge and experience outside the confines of the larger firms and use a more flexible, bespoke and proactive approach to problems faced by companies today.

Conveniently based near St Paul's Square in Birmingham Butcher Woods have the facilities in-house to manage all clients’ requirements within our range of recovery and insolvency services. In fact the services are what you would expect from a larger City Firm, but with the benefit of a much more personal approach by our experienced team.
