Its partners, Rod Butcher, Adrian and Woods and Richard Goodwin had previously worked together in top 10 firms, and decided with over 60 years experience between them to use their knowledge and understanding outside the confines of the larger firms and use a more flexible, bespoke and proactive approach to the difficulties faced by companies today.
